Damon Riehl, the CEO of LoanBidz, has over 45 years of experience in business development and global mortgage leadership; Greg Downey, President of LoanBidz, leads our sales organization with a focus on performance, accountability, and client relationships; and I, as the Senior Vice President of Operations, focus on building the systems, processes, and team structure that allow us to execute at a high level while delivering a consistent and transparent client experience.
By combining Damon’s relationships, reputation, and understanding of the mortgage ecosystem with Greg’s discipline, leadership, and commitment to service (shaped in part by his military service in the U.S. Navy), and my intense operational focus, LoanBidz is positioned to help our clients build long-term success.

What makes our story unique is how these strengths came together. Before entering the mortgage industry, Greg and I were real estate investors managing long-term rental properties. We experienced firsthand how inconsistent financing can impact growth. Along with Damon, who brought decades of institutional lending experience, we combined our perspectives in 2018 and stepped into private lending to build something better.

Most investors working directly with lenders lack visibility into the full market or the nuances between programs. Our role is to simplify that complexity, provide clarity, and manage the process from start to finish so our clients can stay focused on their investment goals.
