ServiceLink, the nation’s premier provider of tech-enabled services for all phases of the mortgage lifecycle, welcomes John Erath, Amanda Marin and Zach Schellenberger as national sales executives and Cynthia Pazos as a national account executive within its origination division. They will be responsible for driving client growth strategy and forging new lender partnerships.
Erath is making a return to ServiceLink, where he previously worked for eight years, acting as a client relationship manager and national sales executive. His 14 years of industry experience spans positions in sales, title clearance and closing operations. Erath believes in a “service first” approach to both internal and external partnerships and is dedicated to helping clients create greater efficiencies through ServiceLink’s best-in-class technology and service products.

Marin joins ServiceLink with more than 15 years’ experience in sales and client-facing roles. Most recently at ValueLink, she worked closely with lenders and industry partners to support operational efficiency, technology adoption and process improvement, with an emphasis on appraisal and workflow-related solutions. With a relationship-driven approach, she is passionate about innovation, collaboration and delivering long-term value to clients and partners.

Schellenberger entered the mortgage industry in 2012 and has worked on both sides of appraisal management – operations and sales. In those roles he streamlined processes to deliver faster, more accurate valuations, managed high-volume panels, resolved complex appraisal challenges and built lasting partnerships that keep deals moving smoothly even in tough markets.

Pazos brings more than 30 years’ experience in mortgage banking, specializing in client relationship management, deal negotiations and sales leadership. Throughout her career, which spans stints at Bank of America, Fannie Mae, PenFed and Bay Equity/Redfin, she has excelled at delivering tailored mortgage solutions through deep market analysis and strategic planning, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor.
