William Bonnell has been actively involved in the real estate industry for 23 years, though he says it feels like a lifetime since his family has been prominent in the industry for four generations. Throughout his career, William has acquired thousands of properties, each using some of the many techniques he teaches, including Lease Options, Short Sales, Subject To, Wholesale, and has been a Broker/Owner and Manager for several successful real estate offices including one of the highest grossing REO offices in New England. William has been imparting his knowledge and success strategies to other agents and investors for more than 15 years with a clear and authoritative style.
