    Kathryn A. Moorer was admitted to the California Bar in 2010 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University School of Law. Since joining Wright, Finlay & Zak in 2010, Ms. Moorer has assisted property owners, investors, lenders and landlords in a variety of real estate disputes. Her practice includes an emphasis on lender and servicer liability defense, including disputes involving California’s Homeowners Bill of Rights, the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, state and federal regulations of debt collection practices and credit reporting, title issues, insurance, predatory lending, wrongful foreclosure, bankruptcy adversary actions and appeals in both state and federal court.
