Jennifer McLain McLemore is a partner in the Financial Services & Real Estate Section at Williams Mullen, where she advises commercial creditors, business creditors, banks and credit unions in bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation matters. She frequently represents clients in all varieties of bankruptcy situations involving financing and lease negotiations, asset identification and recovery, claim reconciliation matters, avoidance actions, and discharge/dischargeability litigation. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as an associate editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude and with University Honors, from Miami University.
