    David Howard is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Rental Home Council (NRHC), the Washington, DC-based nonprofit trade association representing owners, operators, and builders of single-family rental homes and single-family rental home communities, along with industry service providers, manufacturers, suppliers, and other valued business partners. Prior to joining NRHC, David served as chief development officer of the Home Builders Institute (HBI), the workforce affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
