Adam Kolojejchick-Kotch is the Chief Growth Officer at PadSplit, an Atlanta-based startup. With over seven years of successful management consulting experience, part-time real estate investing, and a passion for sustainable city development, he now builds affordable co-living solutions for both residents and investors. Prior to his current role, Adam helped build PadSplit’s customer experience/operations, general management, and market launch functions. In his free time he can often be found exploring downtown Atlanta and its surrounding neighborhoods with his partner, Jennica, fly fishing, golfing, cooking, exploring new food and wine, or getting back to his beloved Idaho wilderness.
