    Jonathan Cook is the business development manager for AHI Properties and works closely with homeowners and real estate investors on a daily basis. Cook began working in real estate in 2007, when he was 22 years old, but he grew up surrounded by friends and family in the industry. When the market crashed in 2009, Cook began working with investors selling homes in distressed conditions. He joined AHI Properties in late 2018 and has been working with local and national homeowners and investors to determine strategies and to incorporate new industry innovations. Cook is currently an RMP candidate, a member of the Atlanta chapter of NARPM and slated to be the chapter’s membership committee chair for 2021. He is a licensed realtor in Alabama and a member of REI LIVE (a Birmingham-based real estate investing organization).
