Clint Lien is the executive vice president of cost research and business development at Bluebook. He is intimately familiar with the data involved in making improvements and repairs to a property.
Clint has had extensive residential building and estimating experience as a general contractor. For the past 20 years he has led the Bluebook cost research team which included staying abreast of new construction techniques, material and labor cost fluctuations and identifying ways to make the product easier to use. Clint is also part of the product development team. Most recently, Clint has led the sales and marketing efforts of the company, leveraging his relationships with the key industry leaders.
