When you complete the survey, you can download FREE fix-and-flip data for up to 3 markets of your choosing, in addition to data on market conditions (sales, prices, rents, demand, supply, and affordability). The survey is open now and closes on Tuesday, July 28 at 5pm PT.
To participate please click the below link. You will then have the opportunity to rate fix-and-flip market conditions in up to 3 markets of your choosing.
All the collected data is confidential. Only JBREC has access to the raw data, which is completely anonymous. None of the data can be traced back to any individual, and the survey does not collect contact information.
